Access codes are the best option to create student accounts when organizations do not have an existing database with students’ emails. Each school or organization picks a custom code (e.g., TGR Foundation picked access codes TGR1, TGR2, TGR3, etc.). Winward Academy creates those codes in the platform’s database and sends a PDF to the person coordinating with students to create accounts. The students each receive a personalized code and follow instructions on a custom signup URL:

On that page, students complete the fields with their information and enter their personal access code given to them to activate their accounts. Since each student gets a personalized code, each code works only one time. An example of the instructions provided to students signing up with access codes follows.
