All students creating accounts receive an email to verify their account regardless of whether their accounts are created with rosters, access codes, or free-trial extensions. Students will not be able to log in to their Winward Academy accounts until their emails are verified.


If students are having trouble receiving the verification email, please first suggest that they check their junk/spam folder just in case the verification email from help@winwardacademy.com ended up there. 


Second, if any students accidentally delete their verification emails from Winward Academy, they’ll need to follow these simple steps to resend the verification email. 

 

  • Go to winwardacademy.com
  • Click on Log In in the upper right corner
  • Click on Forgot Password
  • Enter your email and click SEND INSTRUCTIONS
  • If the email entered isn't yet verified, a red message appears that allows the user to resend the verification email (see image below)

  • Click that link to resend the verification email
