For schools that administer Interim Assessments (or practice exams) and then score them in Illuminate, students’ answers can be moved from Illuminate into Winward Academy. A school’s data coordinator downloads the Matrix Reports for each section from a practice test. For an ACT or IA exam, there will be four matrix reports - one for English, Math, Reading, and Science. For an SAT exam, there will be four matrix reports - one for Reading, Writing and Language, Math No Calculator, and Math Calculator.
Winward Academy uploads these matrix reports into the platform’s backend system so that students can easily see their scores and review their mistakes after taking these practice exams at school. After the matrix reports are uploaded, students can login and see their scores and their populated answers, which are marked green for correct and red for incorrect.
As with all Winward Academy lessons, students can click the explanation video icon to access step-by-step explanations for each question.
